Basic Ordering Colors
  • To make purchases through the Rich Birds World PayPal Services, you must submit credit card information. You represent and warrant to Rich Birds World and PayPal that such information is true and that you are authorized to use the payment instrument. You will promptly update your account information with any changes (for example, a change in your email address, billing address or credit card expiration date) that may occur. You authorize Rich Birds World to use any updated credit card information submitted by your credit card company directly to PayPal. If you dispute any charges, you must inform Rich Birds World within five (5) days upon receipt of Rich Birds World PayPal invoice. We reserve the right to change Rich Birds World prices & fees to purchase items due to our occasionally sales & special promotions, however the fees will not apply to your order if you placed & purchased an order before the price change. Services after the price change becomes effective, constitutes your agreement to pay the changed amount.

    Forms of Payment & Safety


    Rich Birds World is very big on Trusted & Secure Payment options. No card information is ever saved at Rich Birds World and it remains the private property of the card holder at all times before, during, and after the product purchase. All transactions are processed through PayPal which is a secure form of payment. You do not need a PayPal account to use their payment service. We accept American Express, Discover, Master Card, and Visa as processed via PayPal method of payment for online orders. We also accept cash in person at one of our designated outlets. We do not except checks or money orders. We at Rich Birds World take many active steps to ensure the absolute safety of your credit card and personal information. Rich Birds World does NOT keep credit card information on record.

    PRICING & CURRENCY CONVERSION


    All prices listed on the website are in (US) dollars. For international orders, the bank that has issued your credit/debit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies caused by exchange rate fluctuations.

    Regular Orders


    Please make sure you review your order such as colors, sizes, quantity, etc. to assure your order is accurate. Once your order has been processed, you cannot cancel your order. Once an order is placed, it is immediately entered into our processing system, and cannot be canceled or changed. Due to certain circumstances, your order may be specified differently only by management, though not guaranteed. All orders must be placed online through our website via PayPal.

    Back Orders & Turn Around Time


    Popular items may sell out quickly and temporarily be on back order. This means that the items are currently out of stock, but that there are shipments on their way to re-stock our warehouses. Ordering an item that is currently on back order is a worry-free way to ensure that you will be first in line for the new inventory and that the item which you ordered will be sent out to you as soon as we receive it. Items you order in addition to the back ordered item will be held back, unless you request that we ship it to you without the back order product, and that you agree and will be liable to pay for the additional shipping fee for the package that will be sent out at a later time. If your order is placed on a back order, you will be notified via e-mail immediately. Back orders typically take ten business days, but in special cases, fifteen business days to ship. You also have the option of canceling your order or proceeding within 2 days due to not having your full order in stock or not wanting to wait on the back order. We will not process your order until we receive your decision. After the 2 day cancellation period, your back orders will be automatically processed through the system. All back orders will be shipped out as soon as we receive the item in the warehouse in the order in which they were placed. You will be notified via a shipment confirmation email (and a tracking number) once your back ordered items have shipped. You will not need to contact customer support, or do anything to follow up on the back ordered item. We will take care of it for you from here on out. We will do our best to estimate when any back ordered items are expected to ship, and you will be notified via email.. This is only an estimation subject to change, and shipping dates are not guaranteed due to weather restrictions, etc.

    Tracking Your Order


    You will receive an email with your tracking number announcing that your order has been shipped. Please visit www.usps.com to track your order package. You may sign in to your PayPal account and you will have the ability to review all of your past orders placed with us. By clicking on the order number you will find specific details, such as order status, for that order.

    Sold Out Items


    Occasionally a tremendous demand will deplete our stock of a particular product. We will attempt to put a rush on the manufacturer on all of the high demand products. Our goal is to keep all items in stock to keep our customers satisfied.

    States Available For Shipped Orders


    We only ship to PayPal confirmed addresses. A confirmed address is one that has been established by PayPal as belonging to the PayPal account holder. In most cases, when a buyer’s credit card billing and shipping addresses are the same, the address is considered confirmed.

     

    How Orders Are Shipped


    Orders are shipped via (depending on size & weight of order) USPS, FedEx, UPS, Priority Mail or Express (third day delivery with an additional fee) with signature confirmation.


    Order, Shipped & Received Timing


    Upon confirmation of a cleared payment. Orders are then shipped with an estimated delivery time up to 14 business days, 3 – 5 business days for priority and 2 – 3 business days for express for the required Postal fees.


    Paying By Check


    We currently do not accept checks.

     

    COD Orders


    We do not allow COD orders.

    Returns & Exchange Requirements Policy


    If you are not 100% satisfied with the product that you have received, you may exchange it for a different product of equal value within 7 days of receiving it ONLY if you meet all the requirements as follows.

    *Merchandise must be returned in its original state. Items, Products, Clothing that has been worn or used in any way, will not be accepted for return or exchange.

    *Tags must NOT be tampered with in any way & still attached.

    *Product must be in original packaging.

    *Must be within the allotted time period of 7 days after receiving merchandise, tracked by the Postal Service, USPS, FedEx, etc. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURN THAT ARE OVER The 7 DAY period.

    *Product must be exchanged for something of equal value.

    NOTE: No Refunds On Final Sale Items! All Sales Are Final!

    Rich Birds World has the right to refuse the exchange of any item, product, or clothing if the above conditions are not met, however, it is in our best interest to satisfy our customers and keep them as one of our valued customers. With our up most respect, we will do our best to keep you satisfied within reasons. Customers are responsible for all shipping cost (both shipping to you and any return shipping to us). Depending on the circumstances, your shipping cost can be offset if a mistake was due on Rich Birds World company.
